Sarah Robb O’Hagan
Founder, Extreme Living.
Sarah Robb-O’Hagan is one of New Zealand’s most successful women in business, who is making an impact on the global stage. She is recognised as a powerful leader when it comes to creating a culture of innovation and fostering creativity within her teams.
When recognised as a Blake Leader, Sarah was President of one of the world’s premier fitness companies, Equinox. Prior to joining Equinox, Sarah served as the global President of one of the world’s most iconic sports brands, Gatorade. During Sarah’s tenure, Gatorade embarked on a transformational journey from a sports drink company, to an innovative sports nutrition brand.
Though Sarah is New York-based, she is a Kiwi through and through and routinely attributes her strong imagination for what’s possible with the pioneering spirit of her home country. She encourages her staff to be constantly curious and to believe that things can always be better.
Sarah is also a leader who leads by example, and supports the advancement of women’s leadership worldwide, with a particular interest in ensuring girls’ access to sport. She has served on Hillary Clinton’s US State Department Council to Empower Women and Girls through Sport, and is also a trustee of Billie Jean King’s Women’s Sports Foundation.
The pioneering spirit of New Zealand cultivated Sarah’s drive and imagination for “what’s possible” enabling her to found a movement she currently leads called “Extreme Living” – helping individuals, teams and businesses unlock their potential by discovering their own uniquely exploitable traits. Her book EXTREMEYOU will be published by HarperCollins early next year.
