Digital Dream Team Sessions 2018

The Sir Peter Blake Trust Dream Team is a group of inspirational Kiwi leaders who every year aim to inspire thousands of Kiwi kids to follow their dreams. Thanks to the MediaWorks Foundation, we have created Digital Dream Team sessions for schools to access wherever they are! Our leaders talk candidly about achieving their dreams, their journey, the challenges they’ve overcome and they give advice to students watching on how to achieve their own dreams.

In 2018 we have the amazing Nico Porteous, Peter Beck and Eliza McCartney sharing their stories with Mike McRoberts. These videos are between 12 and 16 minutes long.

Additional Teacher Resources

Prior to watching the videos, we encourage you to play the Dream Team intro video available here. This gives the video some context around who Sir Peter Blake was, what the Sir Peter Blake Trust does, and what the Dream Team is. We have also created a number of educational resources to support teachers in the delivery of these dream team sessions, in particular with students learning about leadership. As well as lesson plans, there is a poster, student activity sheets and an Action Plan for the students to complete after watching the videos to help them get started on their own dreams. These resources and more are available here

All our videos this year have English subtitles - just open them in YouTube to select these.

After watching our videos, head to our Dream Bank for your students to submit their dreams. Then, download the action plan below to help turn their dreams into actions.
